1. I cannot accept .exe or other executable files, even if you put them in zip. Ask me for an alternate way!
2. Try to keep e-mail below 10 MB. Compress files if necessary.
3. Use YouSendIt to send large files.
4. Sharing a folder? Consider using DropBox.
